Great question! We get asked this at least once per day. I Only Fly First Class buys airline miles for all of the major airline programs at wholesale prices. We then use those miles to book first and business class tickets for our clients. By combining the discounts we get on purchasing miles, and the discounts that airlines offer to their frequent travellers, we are able to offer our customers exceptional discounts compared to the price to purchase direct from the airlines.
Reward seat inventory represents about 10% of the seats on any given airline. We have the tools and the data to accurately predict when reward seats become available. When they do become available, they cannot be guaranteed until redeemed using airline miles. If too much time is taken to confirm a ticket, another mileage holder may take it from you. It’s in your best interest to make a decision swiftly as you will save thousands of dollars.

IOFFC is not an online search engine. The process we use to find flights is customized for every one of our clients based on the details of their travel request. The easiest way for us to find exactly what you need, is to speak with you on the phone about your request. This guarantees that you’ll have flight options as soon as possible.
Reservations cannot be changed or canceled unless a Flexible Fare option has been purchased at time of booking. In the case of a Flexible Fare option, changes and cancellations are permitted up to three days before the scheduled departure date subject to availability. Changes and cancellations are subject to a service fee chargeable per passenger per sector plus any applicable fare and tax differences.
In most cases, we cannot provide a discount for economy/premium economy tickets as the published price online will usually be lower than our price. However, there are some instances that involve domestic Australian flights, domestic European flights, and coast-to-coast flights in the USA where we can offer a small discount if you choose to book with us.
You will not earn airline miles from tickets redeemed through IOFFC. Our tickets are mileage tickets to begin. As such, they are not eligible for mileage gains.
We do our best to get you the maximum discount available when using our miles to book your tickets. However, airlines change their pricing structures multiple times throughout the year to reflect changes in season, and the general health of the economy. All of these issues combine to factor into the pricing of a published fare.
