A smooth booking experience with IOFFC

I seldom write reviews unless the experience was very good, or very bad. And my experience with IOFFC this time has been a great one.

Shawn, the travel agent who helped me in locating the round trip tickets, is very professional and helpful. We finished looking for the flights and having the e-tickets issued within 2 days, it's a really fast and smooth booking experience to me regarding the price and services.

I am an experienced business class/first class traveler for years, since prices of first and business class tickets have been increased tremendously, I looked for alternatives in getting my air-tickets done at a reasonable price, and IOFFC is my choice now and will be the one in future.

I booked a flight with Tom from IOFFC from Bangkok to Milan, and back from Rome to Bangkok. There were no flights immediately, but a week later Tom found me some great flights with Qatar, I really enjoyed Qsuites. Both IOFFC and Qatar did amazing and gave me an unforgettable experience. She is extremely accommodating and always makes her service feel personal. As someone who fly's on a regular basis between Australia, UK and India I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

She was responding very fast to my messages and one night she stayed awake just to wait for me to confirm that I will get on the flight, because there was some small system error from the airline.

A highly trustworthy company that I would like to recommended it to everyone!
As I have doubt on the price (a very good discount) they offer when I first encounter them. The staff, Jin, gave me lots of info to persuade me. Finally I decided to purchase from them n this is, I can say, the best experience I’ve ever have!
Jin is very professional and patient, she explain every details n research all possible flights schedules to me.
On the day of departure, an accident happen that I can’t be able to hop on the flight. It was 10pm at the evening n I guess Jin was already off. I puzzle for some time then decided to give her a call n see if she can help me to reschedule my flight the next day. Luckily she got my call n quickly accommodate a flight the next day for me.
I have a zillion thanks to her for her professional service! She’s so kind n patient!

At first, I was hesitate of dealing with them like anyone else, but after discussing Mrs. Mint and how she explained me about the company, I decided to go through this experience and it was the best for me at excellent prices comparing to the market fare. I'm sure some people might have concerns like me at first but do not worry about dealing with them and you will get what makes you happy. I will continue to book tickets with them due to their high care and flexibility which added advantage of changing the date for the first time without charge.

Mrs. Mint is very friendly and helpful and ready for all inquiries at any time.

I had seen this online and wondered how it worked so thought I would give it a go. The initial contact took a while, but once I spoke to Avi it was all go. I set Hom a very hard task getting me two of my dream flights and he managed them. Bucket list - tick. It allowed me to book a one way and use my own airmails for the return. It's not dirt cheap but it is really good service. and very good value. So far so good. Super excited!!! I will let you know if I have any issues, So far all good I have a ticket I can choose my meals and seats online. All looks above board to me. Make sure you get Avi!!!

My British son-in-law recommended I ONLY FLY FIRST CLASS as he and his company use them aa the time with outstanding results.
I ordered Business Class tickets from Washington Dulles to Frankfurt,Germany, transferring to Business Class to Malta. In addition. I ordered Business Class tickets returning from Frankfurt to Washington Dulles. My wife is site impaired so I requested that a wheelchair be available on each leg of the trip. I dealt with Dada Ilboudo, Sales Representative for I ONLY FLY FIRST CLASS. What transpired next was more than I expected. Sensing my advanced age and concerns dealing with a new company, Dada stepped in and provided support above and beyond the call of duty. He answered all my questions, satisfied all my concerns, and gained my full trust.
When our travels began, everything ran like clockwork. In fact, every leg of the journey ran like clockwork. We have travelled all over the world and I have to say - this was our easiest trip ever.
We will definitely use I ONLY FLY FIRST CLASS in the future. And we will keep in touch with Dada Ilboudo!!!!!

I've been dealing with Ralph from IOFFC for all my long-haul flights for a year and a half now. The service is amazing and Ralph has become a good friend. He makes flying easy.. I just tell him where I need to go and when, and he gets back to me with several options. He knows which airlines I prefer, he knows my meal preferences, he has all my info so I don't have to provide it over and over again. He always checks in while I'm in transit to make sure that everything is going well. The price is very competitive relative to booking online - I've seen as much as 66% off the rate on Kayak.

After having dealt with IOFFC I would never think to book flights any other way. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks Ralph!

I would very much endorse IOFFC. TLDR; excellent experience, highly recommend.

I recently went on vacation, headed off to Asia. Normally I would have settled for economy and suffered the 36 hour and 2 transfer flight, but as I had recently suffered an injury I wanted to see what my options were.

Came across I only fly first class, went through the process to look at flights. Service was top notch all the way through. Ended up getting a booking through Eva air that was at a fantastic price. I was effectively paying for my comfort so it was very hard to say no.

I had no issues whatsoever with my flight or bookings. As this was also my first time flying business, it was a whole new experience. The level of service and attention you get from the flight staff, the seat was amazingly spacious and turned into a bed, good food...I could go on but you really do get what you pay for. And seeing that you’re paying almost half of that by using I only fly first class, it’s practically a steal. If you’re doing long haul, I can’t recommend using these guys enough.

I booked a Cathay Pacific business class seat with I Only Fly First Class on a last minute basis the day before departure. For those familiar with finding award seat availability through mileage programs, it can be a long, laborious process searching different airline websites, etc. Stefan was available via WhatsApp to take care of all the details and get the best itinerary for me. The trip was booked and ticketed within a couple of hours. Took my flight in one of the best business class cabins in the world the next morning (CX A350). Seamless. I could not recommend this company highly enough - will be using again.

I saw an advert on Facebook for I Only Fly Fisrt Class so decided to place an enquiry to source me return flights to the UK.
I received a quick reply via email from Ralph who was efficient in his communication as he continued to find me appropriate flights that matched my required dates and times.
When I agreed to flights, payment was via PayPal with Ralph or his colleagues sending me confirmation quickly afterwards.
Both outbound and return flights were business class with everything meeting my booking specifications.
I was very pleased with the service I received from Ralph and how the flights met my requirements and will certainly be using him and his colleagues again!

We have just returned to Australia from a 3 week trip to Ireland for a family wedding.
Usually the flight is a nightmare except this time we decided to give I only fly first class a go. I have to say from the minute we arrived at the airport it was amazing. We bypassed all the queues and had access to the business and first class lounges in each airport. The flights were perfectly on time with absolutely no problems on either side checking in. All I can say is I will definitely be booking with Avi again. Business class all the way from now on.
